Orders & shipment information

We accept payment through iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal and all major creditcards.

All prices mentioned are in Euros(€) and include VAT.

Items purchased will be shipped to you within 1-3 working days after placing the order.

Orders placed will be confirmed by email to the email address specified in the order process. This email should arrive a few minutes after placing the order. Please make sure to check your spam box in case you have not received the confirmation email.

Cost of shipment depends on the shipping location. Please refer to the chart below for information about the cost of shipping to your specific country.

*Items shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, payment of which is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Items purchased can be easily returned to us using the following steps:

– Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box

– Fill out the returns from and include it inside the shipping box

– Make sure the box is securely closed

Please note that items should be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We strongly advise you to return the items to us using a track and trace method as proof of shipment. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.

Exchanges

Purchased items can be exchanged for a different size and/or colour, free of charge. All exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order to us and place a new order. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged, but can be returned for a refund.

Refunds

Your refund will be fully credited to the original purchaser, using the same payment method used to buy the item(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that it may take a while for your refund to be processed (max. 14 days).

Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the product tag and safety seal still attached.

Please be aware of the fact that some make-up (e.g. lipstick, foundation), deodorant or body lotion might cause stains to the fabric when trying on the items.

For hygienic purposes, keep your own underwear on when trying any of our knickers.

Items on the website can differ slightly from the actual product, due to screen settings, lighting or because items are hand made.
